Helpdesk Support

Our HelpDesk is an area where businesses signed up to our IT support contracts can obtain support during business hours. Our IT support Helpdesk is open during normal business hours and features include Ticket Support, Live Chat Support & Remote Support.

Ticket Support

When ever you require support we request you submit a support ticket. Our support tickets are monitored all during business hours with desktop popups for support staff when a new ticket is open. If you log a support request via telephone we will still open a ticket to keep you updated.

Remote Support

Most issues can be resolved without us attending and we can take care of most problems remotely. The one thing that remote computer support cannot do for you however is to replace faulty components or hardware upgrades. Remote Support is also free when subscribe to our maintaince contracts or from £50 per incident.

Telephone Support

When signed up to a contract you will be provided with your dedicated IT engineers direct contact to give you instant support during business hours.

Live Chat

Live chat is operates during normal business hours for all new & existing clients for sales & customer services related enquires. So feel free to ask any question about our services.
